Refund Policy

We do not offer returns. This is due to the essence of sealed products and Pokemon cards.  However, if there are any issues with your order, feel free to contact us at thepackhub.hq@gmail.com, and we'll be glad to help you!

Orders can be canceled if the order has not been shipped yet, but there is a 6% (from the total cost of the order) cancellation fee taken. This will reflect in the amount refunded. 

 

To cancel your order, email thepackhub.hq@gmail.com with "CANCEL ORDER #{number}" in the subject line!
